After 2 weeks of travel, Internet is finally stable enough to share my experience so far.
After a pretty good flight schedule with Emirates landing and immigration to Indonesia at Ngurah Rai Airport in Denpasar were fast done.
Since it was very late we decided in advance to stay nearby the airport and head on the next morning.
Hotel: Hilton Garden Inn Ngurah Rai Airport – nice – not too expensive – breakfast good, but could have more choices.

Der Alltag hat mich wieder und so bin ich nun in Berlin auf Konferenz. Was meine ich mit Konferenz? 6000 Physiker, die 5 Tage für Außenstehende wirr über irgendwas diskutieren. Für einen Physiker selbst spannende und hochinteressante 5 Tage, in denen es darum auch darum geht sich selbst zu präsentieren. Ich bin glücklich hier zu sein, nicht nur wegen der Konferenz, sondern gerade eben auch wegen Berlin.
Kurz gefragt: Was liebe ich an der Berlin? Ganz einfach die Vielfalt und ganz besonders die Anonymität die einem diese Stadt mir ihren Menschen verleiht.

Daily life has hit me quite hard after i got back from Canada. No I’m in Berlin for a physical conference, which is attended by 6000 other physicist, from whom 60 percent are the perfect nerds for not physicist.
Nevertheless, I’m pretty happy to attend this conference not only because of the conference but especially because of Berlin.
Short question: What do i like about Berlin? I like the diversity and especially the anonymity, you get by entering the city and by the Berliner.

Zum Abschluss der Reise und bevor es in die folgenden Blog Einträge gehen wird. Werde ich den Blog etwas anderst organisieren. Da ich doch mehr Englisch sprechende Freunde/Bekannte hab werde ich den Blog in Zukunft bilingual fortführen.
